The petitioner is an approved Assistant Teacher of Kakoti Mahobubia Senior Madrasah, District-Dakshin Dinajpur.

The petitioner is praying grant of 18 years service benefit under Career Advancement Scheme.

To settle the said prayer of the petitioner, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Dakshin Dinajpur, the respondent no. 5 herein under his Memo No. 1146/DI/S(SE)/DD dated June 30, 2022 has sought for suggestions from the Director of Madrasah Education, the respondent no. 3 herein.

The respondent no. 3 is directed to respond to the said Memo of the respondent no. 5 within a week from the date of communication of this order. On receipt of the response, the respondent no. 5 shall take steps for disbursement of the benefits as prayed for in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 8155 of 2023 is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
