Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. There was a fight between two groups of villagers. However, no grievous injury was caused. The petitioner had lodged the first FIR. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She refers to the statements of witnesses and the injury reports of three victims. All injuries were inflicted on vital parts of the body, like head. The CT scan report of one of the victims, present at page 24 of the case diary, shows a fracture in the right mid frontoparietal sutural region with pneumocephalus involving the right temporoparietal cortex.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
