2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that his clients have taken no objection from 15.06.2023 and he has no further instruction in the matter.

3. Counsel for the State submits that two of the appellants have obtained remission and are at liberty. The third one has expired.

4. In view of the above, nothing further remains to adjudicated in this appeal.

5. CRA 222 of 2016 shall stand disposed of.

6. Let the Trial Court Record, if any, along with a copy of this order be sent back to the Court below.
