Petitioner was aggrieved that his representations were not acted upon by the police authorities and to that effect they have suffered irreparable loss and injury particular with regard to the transfer of property on the basis of forged documents.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Sarsuna P.S Case No. 99/2024 has been registered

for investigation against respondent no. 5 and others. The said case was registered after getting information from the ADSR, Behala. More than five months have passed since the registration of the case. Petitioner no. 1 and/or his authorized representative will be in touch with the Investigating Officer of the case and aid him by providing the documents whichever are in their custody. The Investigating Officer will put in efforts for taking the case to its logical conclusion. Report submitted in Court be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations WPA 8880 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
