In terms of the order dated September 10, 2020, the concerned Officer of the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., namely, Mr. Souvik Datta is present before this Court today. It is submitted that the respondent/the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. is ready to supply electricity connection to the petitioner's shop room within ten days from date. In view of the above, nothing further required to be decided in this application.

The respondent/the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. is directed to supply electricity connection to the petitioner's shop room within the time as mentioned above.

It is, however, clarified that since no affidavit-inopposition has been filed by the respondents,

allegations made in the writ petition against them shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

With the above directions, the writ petition being WPA 6092 of 2020 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
