Mr. Deb Roy hands over a copy of the said report to Mr. Samim Ahammed, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr. Ahammed, seeks leave to file exception to the said report.

Leave as prayed for is granted. Let exception to the said report be affirmed by the petitioners within one week after the ensuing Puja Vacation of this Court. The petitioners shall supply a copy of the said exception to the respondents.

Let the matter appear before the appropriate Bench for hearing two weeks after the Puja Vacation of this Court.
