(M) 120 of 2025 In Re : An Application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, in connection with Jagatballavpur Police Station Case No. 208 of 2024 dated 20.10.2024 under Sections 137(2)/140(3)/140(1)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, along with Sections 25(1)(a)/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that the spectacles and wallet of the victim were recovered pursuant to the leading statement of the petitioners. Material available in the Case Diary prima facie suggests the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence. Considering the same, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application is disposed of.
