Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has sanction plan for which he is trying to construct another floor. However, the local police authorities are obstructing the same. To that effect, an information was furnished on 17.03.2025 to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhangore Division. Considering that a representation has been made against the local police authorities, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhangore Division would consider the representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order by the learned advocate appearing for the State or in the alternative, the petitioner will inform the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhangore

Division, within the schedule period stated above, the representation may be disposed of.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8191 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
