The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since two typographical errors occurred in paragraph nos. 15 and 16 of the order dated 08.08.2025. 2.

In view of such, in the last line of paragraph no. 15 of the order dated 08.08.2025, the figure „7‟ is deleted and in its place the figure „8‟ is inserted.

Similarly, in the first line of paragraph no. 16 of the selfsame order dated 08.08.2025, the figure „7‟ is deleted and in its place the figure „8‟ is inserted.

Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 08.08.2025 as passed in connection with the instant writ petition.
