Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners submits that partial compliance of the order dated January 21, 2020 has taken place. However, he wishes to challenge the reasoned order passed by the authorities concerned without pursuing the contempt application any further.

In the light of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the contempt application is disposed of without passing any further order.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
