1. Counsel for appellant submits that the impugned order of learned Single Judge is bad in law inasmuch as he was directed to approach the civil court for his grievance of raising the boundary wall with the help of police.

2. He submits that the appropriate authority may be under the Panchayat Act.

3. In view of this singular submission, we deem it proper to dispose of this intraCourt appeal with the liberty to the appellant to approach the appropriate forum and for which, order dated 21.03.2022 passed in WPA 14334 of 2021 will not come in her way.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the appeal is disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
