CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION (Via Video Conference) CO No. 1210 of 2019 Smt. Sangita Prasad @ Sangita Gupta -versus- Sri Nandalal Prasad This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking withdrawal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 244 of 2017 pending before the 5th Court of learned Additional District Judge at Malda.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the application either virtually or physically on call, no accommodation has been sought for. The opposite party is also unrepresented.

CO 1210 of 2019 is dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.

The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said suit is pending.
