1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that in the present case, chargesheet has already been submitted.

2. This application has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR. Since chargesheet has been filed, the petitioner may approach or take up the issue before the learned trial court for his grievance in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the learned trial court and also given liberty to approach before this court, if any occasion arise in future in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, the instant revisional application being CRR 1144 of 2018 is, thus, disposed of without entering into the merits of the case.

5. Consequently, the application being CRAN 10/2025 is, also, thus, disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.

8. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

9. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties taking all legal formalities. ( Ajay Kumar Gupta, J. )
