This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C. wherein the petitioner Ajit Kumar Ganguly prayed for quashing of Charge Sheet No. 238 of 2010 dated 31.8.2010 arising out of Khargram Police Station Case No. 78 of 2010 dated 10.4.2010 under Sections 409/420/34 of the IPC giving rise to G.R. Case No. 396 of 2010 pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad. This is old pending matter of the year 2011. The petitioner has not turned up for admission of the revision or taking steps upon opposite party/State of West Bengal.

In view of such disinclination of the petitioner to pursue this matter, it loses its force and the same is dismissed. Let a copy of the order be sent to the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad for information. (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
