Although the Court had directed payment of 62,02,200/-, it is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioners that only a sum of Rs.57,19,400/- was deposited by the petitioners which has since been refunded by the alleged contemnors.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
