After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the learned executing court with an appropriate application. In the light of the said submissions, C.O. 1261 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned executing court.
