Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant submits that inadvertently in application for bail, the petitioner described the police station case number as "Patharpratima Police Station Case No. 273 of 2019" and as such, it was wrongly mentioned in the order dated 06.08.2020 as "Patharpratima Police Station Case No. 273 of 2019". He submits that the same is required to be corrected.

The correct police station case number would be "Patharpratima Police Station Case No. 237 of 2019". Ms. Santra, learned advocate appearing for the State produces the concerned case diary which was considered earlier when the prayer for bail was allowed.

In view of the aforesaid, leave is granted to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner to correct the cause title.

It is directed that the police station case number which was mentioned as "Patharpratima Police Station Case No. 273 of 2019" in the order dated 06.08.2020 is corrected and be read as "Patharpratima Police Station Case No. 237 of 2019". Remaining part of the said order dated 06.08.2020 shall remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 06.08.2020.

The application being CRAN 2 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
