Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Apparently, the victim committed suicide.

There are materials in the case diary including statements recorded under Section 161 of the neighbours implicating both the petitioners in the incident of dowry and torture. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1459 of 2023 is dismissed.
