Mr. Oishik Chatterjee Mr. Shibashish Chowdhury ...for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after being granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, the petitioner had surrendered and obtained bail from the concerned jurisdictional Court, being the ACJM, Baruipur. The cancellation of bail has been sought on the ground of post-bail conduct of the private parties.

Therefore, this is a matter where the grievances of the petitioner can best be addressed in an application for cancellation of bail, especially since the grievance of the petitioner relates to the post-bail conduct of the accused.

In view of the above, the application for cancellation of anticipatory bail is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an application for cancellation of bail, if so advised and otherwise permissible in law.
