In Re: CRAN 1 of 2021 The grounds so assigned in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act are found to be just and sufficient. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. CRAN 1 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to an order dated 11th March, 2020 when the learned ACJM, Tehatta, Nadia was pleased to refuse the prayer for de-freezing the account of the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.1099 of 2012 corresponding to Karimpur Police Station Case No.136 of 2012 dated 03.07.2012.

Having regard to the nature of the prayer which has been advanced and the time period which has elapsed in the meantime, I direct a fresh application be filed with more particulars before the

learned ACJM, Tehatta, Nadia. The learned ACJM, Tehatta, Nadia will call for a report regarding the subject matter of the account whether the same was involved in the offence or the present petitioner was an accused in the said case, consider overall documents collected by the Investigating Agency in course of investigation or in case the evidence has been progressed before the court, the said evidence and by 31st December, 2022 deal with the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1079 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
