Report is placed on record. Voter's identity card stands in the name of Aarti Bablu Rana. At the time of arrest, name of the petitioner was given out as Sahana Akhtar. Presently, she claims that she is also known as Aarti Bablu Rana. This requires to be probabilised by her during trial. Under such circumstances and in view of the nature of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
