The application for anticipatory bail has been filed apprehending arrest in connection with Taherpur P.S. Case No.184/2020 dated 23.10.2020 under Sections 148/149/323/325/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed on January 12, 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 3 has been charged with the actual act of stabbing the victim. It is also submitted that the reason for stabbing was that the victim allegedly outraged the modesty of the mother of the petitioner no. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there was a warrant pending against the petitioners and they are absconding. Considering the whole gamut of facts and circumstances of the case and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioners under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.

CRM 3201 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
