Dibakar Chakrabarti v. State Of West Bengal
28.08.
CRR 1048 of 2016 Ct Sri Dibakar Chakrabarti rup Vs.
The State of West Bengal & Anr.
Ms. Mousumi Bhowal, Mr. Aman Gupta ... for the petitioner. Ms. Pusmita Saha ... for the State. This revisional application has been filed challenging the order No. 32 dated 30.01.2016 whereby learned Judge took up the case corresponding to G.R. Case No. 4149 of 2012 where charge was framed and date fix for evidence. Learned Judge fixed consecutive date for evidence of rest witnesses.
According to revisional application both the G.R. Case being No. 4149 of 2012 and Sessions Case No. 366 of 2013 were ordered to be heard together in compliance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in connection with CRR 390 of 2014. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that both the cases were heard together and fixed for argument. Accordingly it is submitted that revisional application has become infructuous.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am of the opinion that the instant application challenging the
order dated 30.01.2016 passed by the Additional Session Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Malda, makes no sense. Thus, the revisional application stand dismissed as being infructuous.
Pending application, if there be any, also stand disposed of.
All parties to this revisional application shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
