It appears that pursuant to the order dated 2nd April, 2019 passed in CRM 3635 of 2019 the petitioner duly appeared before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of investigation charge sheet has also been submitted. In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 2nd April, 2019 passed in CRM 3635 of 2019 to the effect that the petitioner 'shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders', is waived The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

The application, being CRAN 1 of 2020 [Old: CRAN 1017 of 2020] is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
