It is jointly submitted by the learned advocate for the parties that the connected suit being Title Suit No. 56 of 2017 [Sankar Nath Dev & Ors. vs. Ratan Ghosh & Ors.] which was pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sealdah has already been disposed of on compromise vide judgment dated January 06, 2023.

In view of the aforesaid development, the revisional application has become infructuous.

C.O. 1093 of 2022 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.

Mr. Debabrata Ray, the Special Officer appointed in this matter files his reports in three sealed envelopes. Let those envelopes be kept with the record and Mr. Ray is discharged. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
