The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of S.T. 1(6) of 2015 corresponding to S.C. 14(4) of 2015 pending before the learned Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court at Alipore under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1B)(a)/27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that charge has been framed against the accused on 10th June, 2015 and additional charge was framed on 16th July, 2018. Out of 19 charge-sheeted witnesses one witness has expired and the examination of three witnesses has been concluded in full.

In view of the fact that the matter is pending for a considerable period, learned Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court at Alipore is directed to dispose of the case within two years from the next date of hearing fixed before him

without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 1308 of 2024 is disposed of.
