1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. We are not inclined to grant the prayer of correction of the order to extend the time of surrender as directed in the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in CRM 3647 of 2019.

3. If the petitioner no. 5 (Sri Kamal Roy) has the bona fide, he may surrender and move for regular bail on the ground of parity.

4. Accordingly, the interim application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
