...for the CID Let WPA 6878 of 2021 be listed tomorrow (18.11.2022). The said writ petition is also in respect of same subject matter.

Counsel for the CID, West Bengal, submits that investigation has progressed substantially and they need another three months for completion of the same.

In those circumstances, let investigation into the FIR be completed, mandatorily and positively within three months from date and a final report be filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick and Ms.

Manali Ali, learned counsels submit that the

unauthorized construction in front of the petitioner's residence has been demolished. The market complex has been partially demolished and an work order has been issued for the demolition of the remaining illegal structures. It is ordered that the demolition work be completed within a period of one month from date, mandatorily and positively.

The Officer-in-Charge, Bharatpur Police Station shall maintain strict vigil on the premises and ensure that there is no unauthorized construction or encroachment is made on State/PWD land.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
