In compliance of the order passed by the Court, the Chairman, Malda District Primary School Council has issued appointment letter in favour of the petitioner vide Office Memorandum dated 18th April, 2022. The appointment of the petitioner has been approved by the Commissioner of School Education vide Memo dated 26th April,, 2022.

In view of the issuance of the letter of appointment and the approval thereof, it will be open for the petitioner to join service.

No further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The letter of approval handed over in Court today vide Memo dated 26th April, 2022 be retained with the records.

The writ petition and the connected application stand disposed of.
