CAN 1 of 2025 has been preferred praying for rectification of certain clerical error which has cropped up in the judgment of this Court passed on 21.08.2025.

On hearing the Learned Counsel for the party, the order dated 21.08.2025 is modified (clerical error) to the following extent:- The word 'Govind' be read as 'Gobind', the word 'Seventh' in para 1 be replaced with the word 'Ninth'.

The year '2023' at para 21 be read as '2022'.

Judgment and order dated 21.08.2025 stands corrected/ rectified accordingly.

Let the judgment dated 21.08.2025, be read along with this order.
