Petitioner approached this Court since the warrant of arrest in connection with Misc. Exe. Case no. 229/2023 was not being executed.

However, report has been submitted by Mr.

Ahmed, learned advocate for the State that on 19.04.2025 petitioner was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah in connection with Misc. Exe. case no. 229/23.

Having regard to the same, the primary purpose for approaching this Court of the petitioner has been subserved. Petitioner submits that an application for attachment of salary of the private respondent is pending before the learned Magistrate for a considerable period of time and the same be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the prayer so advanced the learned Magistrate would preferably within a reasonable period of time dispose of the application.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8251 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
