While the writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 2nd September, 2021, inadvertently the name of the learned advocate, Mr. Subhendu Roy Choudhury, was not transcribed in the said order in the array of names of learned advocates who appeared before this Court in the instant matter. Accordingly, the department is directed to correct the order dated 2nd September, 2021 by inserting the name of Mr. Subhendu Roy Choudhury, learned advocate, who appeared along

with Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya, learned advocate who represented the State in this matter.

The department is further directed to treat this matter as disposed of.
