1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The principal accused and her mother have been granted bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She refers to the injury reports of the principal victim lady and her husband. The victim was in the family way at the relevant time, yet she was brutally attacked by the petitioner and the other accused.

3. Considering the above and the other materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
