No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 1464 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Bharatpur Police Station Case No. 369 of 2022 dated 12.11.2022 under Sections 498A/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently, charge sheet has been submitted being No.30 of 2023 dated 15.02.2023 under Sections 498A/304B/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Sumitra Ghosh & ors.

...... petitioners Ms. Minoti Gomes ....for the petitioners Mr. Aniket Mitra ....for the State Proclamation was issued as against the petitioners. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident and the fact that proclamation were issued, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1464 of 2023 is rejected.
