Learned counsel for the petitioners has sought liberty to file a detailed comprehensive representation highlighting the irregularities before the respondent no.4, District Magistrate, Malda and has prayed for a direction to consider the said representation.

Leaned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

Hence, we dispose of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed comprehensive representation before the respondent no.4 who on receipt of the representation will give an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties and

will also conduct an enquiry if required and take an appropriate action against the erring officer in accordance with law.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
