We have considered the materials on record. A large number of fake Indian currency notes (FICNs) were recovered from the petitioner. Recovery is witnessed by an independent person. In view of the materials on record and gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
