18.12.2023 18.

Asr CO 592 of 2014 Brojo Mohan Das

Versus

Murari Mohan Das Petitioner is not represented.

None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 4th December, 2013 whereby the application filed under Order 39 Rule 7 of the Civil Procedure Code filed by the defendant was rejected.

Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order, the present revisional application is filed. It further appears that the present revisional application is pending since the year 2014 and so that there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/592/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
