In the school there are two teachers and seventy two students. One para teacher is there but para teachers are not considered while deciding the question of transfer. If the petitioner is transferred, the ratio will go up to 1:72. Therefore, out of only two teachers, one teacher cannot be transferred.

For this reason the writ application is dismissed.
