The case of the petitioner is that he has not received last pay certificate and release order from his earlier school namely Kaminachack Sasibhusan Kanailal Vidayatan (H.S.).

Today, learned advocate for the Kaminachack Sasibhusan Kanailal Vidayatan (H.S.). submits that they gave all the papers. However, they are ready and willing to give the release order and the last pay certificate to the petitioner again.

The school namely, Kaminachack Sasibhusan Kanailal Vidayatan (H.S.). is directed to hand over the

last pay certificate and release order of the petitioner by seven days from date. After receiving the same the petitioner will get it counter sign by the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

The concerned District Inspector of Schools is directed to counter sign the said last pay certificate and release order without making any delay and thereafter the petitioner will take it to his present school i.e. Mahammadpur Deshapran Vidyapith (H.S.). The whole exercise is to be completed by four weeks from date. The school namely, Mahammadpur Deshapran Vidyapith (H.S.) will send all papers for approval of appointment of the petitioner to the District Inspector of School after above said four weeks and the District Inspector of School will grant approval to the petitioner if he is eligible to get approval of service within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of all the papers from Mahammadpur Deshapran Vidyapith (H.S.).

With the above direction, which is mandatory in nature, this writ application is disposed of. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
