In terms of earlier order dated 9th February, 2023, CCTV Camera has been removed from the residence of the private respondents albeit with a delay of two weeks.

The private respondent may install CCTV Camera on the north and east sides of the property without interfering the petitioner's ingress and egress under the supervision of the Officer-in-charge, Balagarh Police Station.

The Officer-in-charge, Balagarh Police Station has also filed a report dated 23rd February, 2023 to that effect.

It shall be ensured in future that the orders of this Court are complied with promptly and immediately by the Officer-in-charge, Balagarh Police Station.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
