2. Learned counsel for the respondents apprised the Court that the pending complaint of the petitioner will be decided positively by 25th May, 2026 and outcome of the same shall be forthwith communicated to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection, in this regard.

4. Accordingly, as agreed, petition is disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the outcome of said complaint, if he is so

aggrieved by the said outcome before appropriate forum.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
