Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the marriage between the son of the petitioner and the defacto complainant took place in 2015. The de-facto complainant obtained an ex parte order of divorce. The petitioner lent and advanced money to the father of the de-facto complainant. When the petitioner went to recover such money, he was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police case is pending since 2013. The petitioner is absconding since then.

Considering the long absconsion the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 3215 of 2021 is dismissed.
