The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition and at the same time has also prayed for leave to file afresh on self same cause of action.

State-respondents are represented by learned advocate who has not opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
