Tapas Ram Bhattacharya v. State Of West Bengal And ORS.
18th May, (AK) W.P.A 7870 of 2022 Tapas Ram Bhattacharya Vs.
State of West Bengal and others Mr. Bharat Bhushan ...for the petitioner.
Mrs. Suman Agarwal ...for the respondent nos.5 & 8.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.5 and 8 points out that in the first paragraph of the order dated May 4, 2022, it was erroneously recorded that the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent authorities had taken a preliminary objection as to maintainability of the writ petition, whereas, the said objection was taken by the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the private respondent nos.5 and 8. As such, let the order dated May 4, 2022 be deemed to stand corrected to the limited extent as indicated above, reading the expression "respondent authorities" in the first paragraph thereof as "private respondent nos.5 and 8".
Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated May 4, 2022 (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
