1. Ms. Shome, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the maternity benefits have already been released by Amity University in favour of the petitioner on 28th July 2023.

2. In view of the aforesaid it is submitted that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant writ application. Let a copy of the written instruction dated 30th July 2023, as placed before this Court be retained with the record.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ application being WPA 8235 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of requisite formalities.
