1. Police case is dated July 22, 2022. There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner. Petitioner is the husband. Materials in the case diary implicate the petitioner.

2. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

4. C.R.M. (A) 1151 of 2024 is dismissed.
