Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the Railway authorities in Court today be kept on record. Learned counsel previously appearing for the petitioner submits that despite her repeated efforts she could not evoke any response from her client, that is, the petitioner in respect of pendency of the matter in order to get instructions.

Hence, since it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to continue with the matter, WPA No. 7874 of 2022 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
