In pursuance of the order dated November 18, 2025, there was a specific direction to obtain instruction with regard to handing over the permit. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that permit has already been granted in favour of the petitioners on November 18, 2025.

In conspectus of the above, I find that the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed and no cause survives for further consideration. The matter is accordingly disposed of.
