2. Sri Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel submitted a report before this Court and informed that LoI has already been issued on 14th January, 2026 (Annexure -"A") with the report. The report is taken on record and copy whereof is supplied to counsel for petitioner.

3. Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with the liberty to file a properly constituted petition assailing the LoI dated 14th January, 2026.

4. Mr. Chatterjee, learned counsel for the State has no objection, in this regard.

5. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
