The application is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated July 28, 2022.
Explanation is sought for from the learned Advocate for the petitioner as to how a petition for anticipatory bail filed in the year 2020 contains a verification of affidavit of July 19, 2022. The explanation is unacceptable.
State is represented.
In view of the conduct of the petitioner, we are unable to continue with the interim order passed.
Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioner and the conduct of the petitioner in this Court in this application, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
C.R.M. 5184 of 2020 along with IA No.:CRAN 2 of 2021 is dismissed.
